Training is how we grow capacity.
Most of our supervisors came up through our own crews. We put people through the tickets, inductions and skills training that mining sites require, then give them the responsibility that comes with them.
It is the reason a youth-owned company can put a competent, gate-cleared team on a furnace rebuild inside a shutdown window.
