Work on a live plant is planned backwards from the shutdown date. We set out, pre-fabricate and stage material ahead of the window so that the hours the plant gives us go into placing concrete, not preparing for it.
Crews work day shift, night shift and continuous pours, with supervision and quality records on site for the duration of the scope.
Survey, levels and setting out against issued drawings before any excavation starts.
